We're a global company with warehouses in the US, Europe, and Asia. We ship items from different locations depending on inventory and shipping times to the destination. Because not all of our products are stored in one warehouse you may get multiple packages per order. We make every effort to ship products as soon as possible.

We work directly with manufacturers to deliver items to you, reducing waste and added costs. Most manufacturers have their own packaging but many sellers choose to repackage items with their own branding. This adds strain on the environment.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from. Average transit times are estimated:
To the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 business days
To the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 business days
To International locations: 15 - 45 business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.We cannot guarantee delivery times, and during high-volume periods, on very rare occasions, delivery may take up to 6 weeks. If your order has not arrived in 8 weeks, you will be eligible for a full refund.
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers, as our product research team brings you quality yet affordable products from across the globe.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also be happy to pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
